Elizabeth Oklevitch Attourney

Raised in Lima, New York, Elizabeth Oklevitch studied political science, business, and sociology at Grove City College in Pennsylvania ('10, summa cum laude) before attending Regent University School of Law in Virginia ('14, cum laude) where she served as Managing Editor of the Regent Journal of Law and Public Policy.

 Elizabeth interned with the Livingston County Family Court, the United States Attorney's Office, United States District Court Judge Michael A. Telesca, Alliance Defending Freedom, and South Africa’s University of the Free State. Prior to practicing law, Elizabeth enjoyed working as an accounting clerk for a Rochester property management company, as a summer camp counselor for New York City youth, and as a caregiver for individuals with special needs through CP Rochester. 

Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2015, Elizabeth’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and estate litigation. She also serves municipalities and not-for-profit organizations and handles eviction, adoption, guardianship, and energy lease matters for individuals.
